- Return: After your application is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered defective or wrong.
- Download Confirmation: Once we receive the product, we will check it and let you know about the refund or replacement.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7-14 business days of confirmation of product return.
- Exceptions: Refunds do not include shipping or any additional charges.
4. Replacement of Products
- Availability: If you wish to replace a product, please let us know and we will try to find an alternative or send you the correct product if available.
